BioVignesh Aier, Managing Director, joined New Mountain in 2006. He previously worked with McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2006 and with the Value Equities group at OppenheimerFunds, Inc. He is currently the Lead Director of Alteon Health and a Director of Intermarine, Western Dental and Censeo+Advance. He was previously a Director of Overland Solutions and was active with SNL Financial.
