BioRick Morgan, Director, joined New Mountain in 2012. He previously worked as a generalist on the Value team at Talpion Fund Management. Prior to that, he worked as an analyst at Iron Horse Financial Group, Inc. and Alicanto Capital Management, L.P. with a focus on the energy and industrial sectors and in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch.
