BioJonathan joined Sovereign in 2010 and has worked on a number of transactions across Sovereign’s areas of sector focus. These include City & County Healthcare Group, Lifetime Training, Astrum Education Group, Outcomes First Group, Linnaeus Group and Xendo. Jonathan represented Sovereign on the board of City & County, supporting its growth strategy and bolt-on acquisitions until the successful exit in December 2013.
