BioOliver joined Sovereign’s investment team in 2014. Previously he worked at August Equity where he was involved in the origination and execution of deals within the business services, healthcare and technology sectors. Prior to this he was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group at HSBC, where he advised private equity clients across a range of sectors on M&A, ECM and Leveraged Finance transactions.
