BioJan Janshen joined Advent in 2000 and coordinates the firm's efforts in the European industrial sector. Prior to Advent, Jan spent two years with 3i, helping to establish the firm's Hamburg office. He began his career as a consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich.Jan has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Kiel.
