BioFrederico Skwara joined Advent in 2016. Previously, he worked as a Senior Analyst at the private equity team of GP Investments, a Brazilian private equity firm. Prior to that, he worked for 3i, a European private equity firm, as an intern in the São Paulo office. Frederico holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the University of São Paulo.Frederico has participated in Advent's investment in Easynvest.
