BioTom Pierce joined Sorenson Capital in 2010 and currently leads the firm’s finance department. Prior to Sorenson, Tom was a tax director at PwC, where he served clients in the private equity, consumer products, software, hospitality, and manufacturing industries. At PwC, he consulted clients on mergers, acquisitions, and various domestic and international tax issues.
