BioPrior to that Serge spent two years with Injaz Projects, an Acquisitions and Greenfield Mega-Projects development company in Saudi Arabia as Vice President of Finance and Investments. In this capacity, he managed and advised several consortiums in the areas of capital structuring, as well as debt and equity raising strategies for various projects in the telecom, oil, gas and petrochemicals sectors.
