BioRob joined Better Capital at its formation in January 2010. He leads the transactional requirements of the fund - company acquisitions, disposals, restructurings or refinancings. Prior to this he was an M&A advisor. Previous experience includes BDO Corporate Finance, a specialist M&A boutique and Lloyds Banking Group. Rob is a chartered accountant and Durham University graduate.
