BioMr. Hayes is a Principal in the Ares Private Equity Group. Prior to joining Ares in 2010, Mr. Hayes was an investment banking Analyst at Jefferies & Company, where he worked in the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group and Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Hayes holds a B.S., summa cum laude, from the Boston College Wallace E. Carroll School of Management in Finance, Accounting and Economics.
