BioMr. Southwell has overall responsibility for the business and performance of the Firm. He joined the business in 2000. Prior to that, he worked at Legal and General Ventures from 1990 to 2000 and 3i Group plc from 1987 to 1990. Mr. Southwell holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
