BioMel joins Monomoy from Wellspring Capital Management, where he spent over 11 years as a private equity professional. Prior to joining Wellspring, Mel started his career as an Analyst at Bear Sterns in leveraged finance. Mel graduated from Washington University in St. Louis where he earned a B.A. in Finance and Accounting as well as earning all-conference honors as a defensive lineman for their football team.
