BioJoel first met Jeff Berlin at American Consumer Products Inc. (ACPI) in 1990, when Joel was Vice President of Finance and Jeff served as Director of Corporate Development. Together, they completed two successful acquisitions before Jeff moved on to Hawk in 1991.
