BioMs. Femenia joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 2017. Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, she was the CEO of LQM Petroleum Services, a marine oil brokerage and trading firm. Prior to LQM, Ms. Femenia was a consultant at McKinsey and Company, where she primarily focused on companies in the Retail, Luxury and Consumer Goods sectors. She began her career in Accenture’s Strategy Group in New York.
