BioLouis is Vice Chairman of Impetus Private Equity Foundation and serves on the Development Board of The Prince's Trust. He has served on the Board of the BVCA and as Chairman of its Research Advisory Board. He is also a founding Trustee of the Educational Endowment Foundation, a Trustee of the Darden Business School at the University of Virginia and a Charter Trustee of Phillips Academy Andover.
