BioLou A. Losorelli joined Freeman Spogli in 1995 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Losorelli graduated from the University of Southern California with a bachelor's degree in business administration in 1976 and received his juris doctor degree in 1979 from the University of Santa Clara. Mr. Losorelli is a member of the State Bar of California and is a certified public accountant inactive.
