BioDirector, joined CVC in 2015. Lave is a member of the CVC Nordics team and based in Stockholm. Prior to joining CVC, he worked at H.I.G. Capital in London where he covered the Nordic region. Prior to this, Lave was at The Blackstone Group in London. Lave is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden.
