BioMr. Berardino joined The Praedium Group in 2017 and is responsible for analysis, due diligence, and transaction execution functions for the acquisition of new assets, as well as for the asset management and disposition of existing assets. Prior to joining The Praedium Group, Mr. Berardino worked at Griffis Residential in Denver, CO. Mr. Berardino received a B.A. in Economics from Colorado College.
