Jeffrey Mark

BioMr. Mark was a Director in the Risk Arbitrage Group at Royal Bank of Canada. Prior to that he spent 18 years at Bear, Stearns & Co. While at Bear he was a Managing Director in the Risk Arbitrage Sales Group. Prior to that Mr. Mark was Managing Director and Global Head of Agency Event Driven Trading. He began his career in the Accounting Department at Bear, Stearns.
