BioJan Woods is a Director of Lion Capital. Prior to joining Lion Capital, Jan completed a 20-year corporate career with IBM and PepsiCo. She served in a variety of international HR executive positions outside of the U.K. Most recently, Jan was the Group Human Resources Director for a Lion Capital-owned portfolio company. Jan received a BA in Theology from Hull University and an MBA from Portsmouth University.
