BioJaap joined Gilde in 2016. After he graduated from Erasmus University in 1996, he started his career with ARAL AG in Germany. In 2001, he became General Manager of Burger King for Central Europe. Subsequently he joined Kamps GmbH as CEO, where he realized a management buy out in 2010. Kamps was sold in 2015. Jaap is currently non-executive board member of some retail and wholesale companies.
