BioErica joined Arlington as a Vice President in 2017. Prior to joining Arlington, Erica was an Associate at Thomas H. Lee Partners, where she focused on investments in consumer, healthcare, and business services industries. Prior to Thomas H. Lee Partners, Erica was an investment banking Analyst at The Blackstone Group in the Mergers & Advisory group.
