BioTom is focused on sourcing, structuring and executing both platform and portfolio add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Lyceum he spent over 4 years at Spayne Lindsay working on M&A deal execution with corporate and private equity clients. Tom holds a first class degree in History and French from Bristol University and is a merit holder of the ICAEW/CISI Diploma in Corporate Finance.
