BioNicolas Essayan joined Apax Partners in 2010. He is a member of the Services et Santé team.He began his career in 2005 as Analyst and Associate in Morgan Stanley's Investment Banking division in Paris and London. As part of the follow-up of major French groups, he worked on various types of LBO transactions, mergers and acquisitions and primary equity market.Nicolas is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
