BioJérôme joined LBO France in 1999 and has participated in numerous operations, including Alvest, Exxelia and The Kooples. He has previously worked for more than five years at Freshfields, as a lawyer specializing in mergers and acquisitions and taxation. Jérôme is a lawyer, a graduate of the Paris Bar. He is also a graduate of Telecom Paris where he followed an engineering curriculum.
