BioPrior to joining Calera Capital in 2011, Andrew worked for Bain Capital, a Boston-based private equity firm. Previously, Andrew worked for McKinsey & Company in Detroit, where he advised clients in a wide range of industries on strategic and operational initiatives. Andrew graduated with high distinction from the University of Michigan with a B.B.A. degree and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
