Alexander Schönborn

BioAlexander Schönborn joined ECM in 2011. Prior to this, he worked at Commerzbank, where he advised on corporate acquisitions and divestiture transactions in the German mid-market.Alexander holds a degree in business administration from the University of Würzburg. Additionally, he studied restructuring law at the University of Heidelberg and holds an LLM degree in corporate restructuring.
