BioAn economics graduate of Bath University, Simon’s career began in 1981 when he joined Hays Allan, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He joined a small fund management firm in 1989 before moving to Societe Generale in 1997 where he was initially UK finance director for their Asian equities division before transferring to the Global Business Development Team.
