BioRoss joined Dunedin in 1994. He led the negotiations for Dunedin's own buyout in 1996. He was Managing Director of Dunedin from 1999 to 2011 and was involved in raising Dunedin Buyout Fund I, II and III. He is a member of the Council of the BVCA and a former member of the UK & European Capital Committee. Ross represents Dunedin on the Boards of Red, UPOL and Formaplex.
