BioBefore becoming chairman of Progressio in 2013, Luciano founded Fondazione Oltre, the first Italian venture philanthropy foundation and in 2006 he launched the innovative Social Investment Fund, Oltre Venture. Prior to that Luciano co-founded B&S Private Equity in 1988.
