BioJason joined Intervale in 2013 after spending the preceding 10 years at Falconhead Capital, a New York based middle market private equity fund. At Falconhead, Jason focused on evaluating, executing and monitoring investments across a wide range of industries. Prior to Falconhead, Jason worked at UBS Investment Bank where he advised on a variety of capital markets and M&A transactions.
