BioMr. Lowin joined CD&R in 2015 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities. He plays a key role in the Firm’s investment in Tranzact. Prior to joining CD&R, he held positions at Golden Gate Capital, a private equity firm, and at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Lowin graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in economics and earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
