BioMs. Moraru joined CD&R in 2014. She is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities and played a key role in the Firm‘s investments in BUT and SPIE. Previously, she worked in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs in London. Ms. Moraru graduated from the London School of Economics with a B.S. in economics.
