BioCaroline joined HKW in 2001 and is the partner in charge of HKW’s divestitures. Caroline works closely with the operations team with an eye towards value creation and the eventual portfolio company exit. In this capacity, Caroline has overseen the successful exit of more than twenty of HKW’s portfolio companies. In addition, Caroline spends time assisting with the firm’s deal sourcing efforts.
